For Petronas, we piloted technology-enabled solutions that could help them find executive talent and specialists faster and with greater accuracy than their current systems.

Current recruiting cycles were around 2-6 months and relied heavily on support from third-party external recruitment agencies. Using our career profiling technology and proprietary automation algorithms, we were able to reduce the recruitment cycle time to around just two weeks.

Using our technology, candidates were identified not only faster but with greater accuracy by broadening assessment to evaluate competency, qualifications, mindset, motivation as well as mapped skill sets.
